I'm trying to find the name of a short story. It is set not too far in the future. The basic premise is that everybody is made exactly equal to everyone else. If somebody is too strong they make them wear weights. If somebody is too smart then they have to wear and earpiece that lets out a shrill noise every 15 seconds. If somebody is too pretty they make them wear a hideous mask. It was a very interesting story, and I used to have a copy of it, but I can't find it now.
