My name is Yoong TC, from Malaysia. I am a Chinese Malaysian, very much retired and am now 68 years young. My interests are: (1) literature, especially poetry both English and Chinese; Art (painting and sculpture, Chinese calligraphy); (3) Music: from Barogue to Romantic, opera and musicals, piano and erhu - a Chinese two string instrument; (4) Philosophy, both Western and Chinese; (5) Comparative religion. For physical exercise, I pretend to play golf, meaning you don't want to walk 9 holes with me unless you have the patience of a saint. I read Sociology at the old University of Singapore, now called NUS or National University of Singapore. Looking forward to some interesting exchanges. Ciao.
