looking for suggestions

I'm looking for a really good vampire novel for a more mature audience. I like a very descriptive and almost gothic literary style, kind of like Anne Rice's The Vampire Lestat. Please don't mention Stephen King or other Anne Rice novels as I am not a fan of King and I have already read the other Rice books. I am preferably looking for something where the character isn't a young teenager, and is full of violence and gore, sex, romance, horror, adventure, and a really good plot with twists and turns......or as close to all that as you can get lol. Thank you
