Anybody recognize this story?

I started reading a story in a bookstore once. It was in a collection of stories (I think) that had to do with war. It was about a special unit in the armed services whose mission was solely computer warfare. Seems I remember that they took pride in being geeks and didn't behave like regular army. Didn't buy the book but wish I had. Anybody know which book I'm talking about?
