wetness of the rain and she

unintending eyes held the rain and showed-

drops fall
like the desolate faces,
muttered all their woes and grief
in the menace of waves.

drops fall
as it falls from nowhere
and a wish came without a reason.

the drops and she was one;
when the sharping edge of water tries-
to hold her mind from falling down,
to defeat her feat.

she vanquishes like the rain
languid with the late water
when she never knew what she is to herself and others-
if all there left was,
immense wetness of the rain.

I love the mysterious images this provokes...I do think it should read "the drops and she were one," however, and "she never knew what she was to others."

The ideas conveyed are beautifully told, the imagery is lovely.

I agree with qimmisung and might add that the images fall kind of one by one on the screen, like the rain they describe.
