To all of us (and I’m guilty)
who live in “la la land” and
blow sunshine out our azz every day,

just wondering how and or “if” we feel
about the 16,000 children that die
of hunger every 24 hours while
we pose/prose rainbows?

How sweet that it always rains daisies in
our little corner of the world and that finding
true love is our most important ambition?
Don’t we smell sweet!

I’ll bet the moral majority of us
wouldn’t say sh-it
though the wretched of the world
go to bed with a mouthful.

How bless-ed are we!

A sad topic, but a very real and unfortunate reality.

Very painfully true...

Thanks for reading and commenting Left Field, Pendragon and PrinceMyshkin. I was just hanging my frustration out to dry. A friend emailed me about another atrocity in the D.R. involving an orphanage that takes in severely handicapped Haitian Children. Ughhh.
