You can find new titles from UK and USA writers on websites like amazon. Also you can get alerts from some publishing houses if you sign up for newsletters via there websites.

Yeah, I would say your best bet is to check Amazon's bestseller lists (see in the book sections), and that usually shows the hottest new releases that everyone's going nuts over. :)
