The website http://forum.3rbdream.net/dream29/ has been posting material that was copied from this forum and others over the names of "General Writing," "Personal Poetry" and others.

The administrator of that site has been advised a number of times but so far has done nothing about it. One member of our site, On-line Literature, succeeded in getting his original material deleted from http://forum.3rbdream.net/dream29/ but had to go through a tedious process to do so.

Administrator (Inez?) PLEASE STOP THIS

Please see the post in Personal Poetry about what is being done. Thanks for helping Prince. At present the Admins can't do anything without the DMCA notice. Chris posted the template and it works. The contact I made getting my poems removed will help us with the group DMCA notice currently being written.

omg! they have plagiarised my short story! Popping old Balloons & Burst Bubbles, Missing You, Death of a Plant. I can see the title of other people's poems I have reviewed! these people are simply cutting and pasting from Lit Net to their own site.

Hey, they have posted the essay that I posted on here from my blog, well sort of: they only included the first post (the first post was a preface and contained none of the original essay). All of my work is copyrighted from Creative Commons so should I contact the poster and warn him not to post the actual essay and to remove the post entirely?

By the way, anybody who has had their work stolen should really copyright their work at Creative Commons (for free!).

edit:

Oh, I've just seen firefangled's post in Personal Poetry. Maybe I should calm down.
