At the CSI lab, everyone is buzzing with determination about the wedding. Greg looks at Catherine.
“Hey Cath, when are Grissom and Sara tying the knot?”
Catherine shrugs her shoulders.
“I don’t know. Maybe Brass does. He should be in his office.”
Just then, Brass comes in.
“We got a problem. I just got word from Sara. Grissom’s missing.”
He looks at Catherine.
“Cath, take Greg, Nick, David and the new girl with you to Costa Rica.”
He exits the room. Greg looks at Catherine.
“Road trip!”
“Down Greg. We’re going to save Grissom, not for a vacation.”
“Cath, you always ruin the fun.”
Catherine goes out to find Stephanie, the new CSI. She finds her in the break room, eating lunch.
“Stephanie, I need you to come with me. We need to find a friend of mine.”
Stephanie looks at her.
“Alright. But wait, isn’t he and that girl Sara in Costa Rica?”
Catherine nods.
“Yep. I need you to help us because you are one of the best rookies we’ve got."
Stephanie finishes her lunch and heads out with Catherine.
"So, who else is going with us?"
"Nick, Greg and David."
They head to the morgue and find David finishing an autopsy. He looks up as they come in the room.
“Can I help you, Cath?”
Catherine looks at David.
“Yes you can David. You’re coming with us to Costa Rica to find Grissom.”
“Alright. Just let me finish up and I’ll be ready.”
Catherine looks at David.
“Meet us out front when you’re done David, alright?”
David nods.
They leave the morgue to go find Nick.
They find him wandering the halls.
Stephanie looks at Nick.
“Nick?”
Nick looks up.
“Yeah?”
“We need you to come to Costa Rica with us. Grissom’s missing.”
Nicks eyes widen, for Grissom was his friend.
“Alright just let me get ready.”
Nick puts his head in his elbow, while leaning against the wall.
He starts to cry.
