4 patrol officers at a local superstore has been receving a tip that there is a man and his kid who keep stealing from the store so 4 officers are called in to simply catch them and give them a slap on the wrist but when 3 of the 4 cops are finally confronted with the man and his son, Ted,Barnes & Chou, (Michael the fourth cop is to slow to catch up with them) accidently beat the boy's father to death while he is hidden away watching on, his father murdered by 3 dirty cops just over 4 loafs of bread. Main characters Chou can't can't believe what Ted & Barnes have got them in, they come to an agreement to forget about this and tell no one, but unaware that the man's son was watching, it will be too hard for the past to be left behind.
