Once upon a time: the Life
Once per month for 2 years:
90*24: The Limbo
Once per week for 2 years:
90*96:The Inferno
Once per week for 5 years :
90*280:The Purgatory
The Paradise in your" forties" , not that bad:idea:
Do you believe that the psychiatrist, the pscychologist ,or the psychoanalyst is our "virgil"?
I read Freud and Jung , I went to our "Virgil" , but I never believed he is my virgil that would lead me to Paradise.I used to ask myself what I am doing here.He is just listening to me , most of time silent; actually I was speaking to myself but in a high voice so he could hear me ; it is just a matter of"trust and security".
You have someone to trust in so you can get access to your subconscious; someone who does not judge you and respect you as you are;
someone who believes we are humanized by our weaknesses.He has no solutions;it would make things more complicated and you feel more depressed : finacially it is either Limbo or Inferno.In what concerns your shape; you eat like a pig and you grow fat so you hate your self more than you do; when you grow fat you need new clothes and clothes remember
you how ugly you have become ;then you eat and eat to forget how ugly you have become;The gim is the solution but you should save your money to go to mr. virgil; then you say I must stick to a diet ; you stick to a diet untill starving ; then you can't leave the bed and go to mr Virgil ;a never ending circle, a snow ball that grows bigger and bigger with time .
What's the benefit I keep asking myself; if you reach a moment when you should take a decision and you can't : they can't do anything to me.
It is not just a matter of self awareness that we need , it is change and change means your own decisions, your own will.In this case ignorance is less painfull , less depressing , isnt it???
