I was thinking, should nt there be an "authors section "
where people could start a thread about any old author and postpics
etc and get a discussion going.

I know you ve got that big section.. with shakespeare and 100
other authors... but that is all fixed and set in stone.

for people who just want to start a thread about an author
not in that section........there's nowhere to go !

for eg I was going to start a thread about Sir Richard Burton
( I could nt find him in that list )

(this is an awesome forum by the way....Im impressed !)

You probably can find a thread somewhere on authors not mentioned in that list- do a search.

Burton as in the explorer guy and not the film star, yeah? ;)

no , there's nothing in the search for Richard Burton.

That section with the author list is not exhaustive of all
the authors in the world
If someone wants to start a thread of some other
author... say a bit more obscure...
there's really nowhere to start this new thread.

Yes Richard Burton... the Victorian Explorerer.. writer
and collector.

You can start a thread on Burton, or anyone else, in General Literature.
