So I'm studying Media Production, I hear it can help studying philosophy especially with the script writing side, A lot my favorite directors have done this and psychology (Another I'm gonna go for) what do you think ? worth having a go , Plus what would it help on ?,

I am interested in this and hope I could do this soon, Just have to fit it in with everything.

of course both philosophy and psychology helps you go deeper to understand and personalise your characterisations. The levels of thinking that drives the characters, and so you can convey to the actors precisely what you want under your direction.

Sounds interesting thank you for your reply very useful , :)
I think I'll do some home courses with them so I can fit them around my media course at college, I don't think its worth me going into college for them because I don't need to master them just get an idea, And also it would help me come up with some new ideas for stories to write for college ! ;).
