Hello

Well, I'm new hear, so I thought I would introduce myself.
I'm 17 and my favorite subject in school is Language arts and literature.
Math? Not so much. :p I was instilled with a deep love of reading...of words and literature in general...from a very young age. When reading, I try not to limit myself...and as a result my shelves are overflowing with a cast menagere of generas and themes...horrow to humor, nonfiction, poety, a bit of everything. I'm enchanted by the poetry of Robert Frost and Tennyson.
My favorite authors are Dickens, Steinbeck, Orwell, Bronte...etc...Sooooo many more...

Other than reading...I like to write. I'm good at writing sort of melencholy things...setting moods. But in reality I'm a very upbeat person...or at least "cheerfully pesemistic" I guess we all have a "dark side" if you will, and writing is how I express mine :rolleyes:

Nice to meet you! Wow, you sound like me...I can't narrow myself into a single genre either. Though right now I'm trying to get into the classic epics and philosophy. Haha but I read way too much. Glad to find that we like many of the same authors and poets!
