I haven't read it but that topic resonates with a lot of people and I was playing a lit net game and kind of playing with the idea. So I guess I'm sorry for being such a sorry person who makes such sorry statements.

eww. Slow cook your chicken on low heat so the outside doesnt get cooked too much faster than the inside
