I love them so much - even though they are a pest to a lot of people - lol [I love them because of all those little hidden parachutes that sail the world - so carefree and happy with the breeze ]....

and here it goes:

DANDELIONS

~ Eternal continuity of foretold fate ~
~ A symphony ~
A golden glow of tender dream,
sweet angel-wings future’s redeem.
Soft silver-down still hiding
within heart’s cradle
gently sleeping.
Until the winds of time release
cloud-woven life of purity
destined to sail
towards unknown destination.

poems and poetry is the apt category if someone (who?) other than you wrote this; if it's yours, you could transplant your dandelions here: ;)

I am moving this thread to the Personal Poetry section where it might get better viewing.

The sap from Dandelions cures warts - my Grandma cured my Uncles. She was ducked burnt to death shortly afterwards, of course.

I used to love 'Dandelion and Burdock' as a kid. It's a soda (or 'pop' as we called it up our end) - is it peculiar to the English? You hardly find it anywhere. I haven't had a soda in years (apart from my frequent tonic water), but I fancy a Dandelion and Burdock right now! :D
