All these books got their titles from another book, most being from poems. You get one point for the poem and poet and an added bonus if you can explain the context.

Tender is The Night
For Whom the Bell Tolls
A Handful of Dust
Of Mice and Men
The Violet Hour
No Country for Old Men
Catcher in The Rye
Where Angels Fear To Tread
Things Fall Apart
The Sound and The Fury

1. Keats - Ode to a Nightingale
2. Donne - forgotten the title, but is it the same one where he says No man is an island?
3. The Bible and T.S.Eliot - The Waste Land
4. Burns - To a Mouse
5. T.S.Eliot - The Waste Land
6. A play on the title No Country for Young Men?
7. Burns - From a mistaken hearing of Coming Through the Rye?
8. Pope - An Essay on Criticism
9. Yeats- The Second Coming
10. Shakespeare - Macbeth

I don't know about in what context, that would surely be an essay....

6 is actually one I stumbled across whilst reading poetry and you've mentioned the poet...

For context, all you need to give is the lines before/after the title to show its relevance to the theme of the book.
