i change my password frequently, but even so, on days like today, i check the new posts before i leave home, then later at school. apparently i've "read" posts from today at 11:52 a.m. and they don't appear on the new posts heading. and i definitely log out every time i use a public comp - any ideas??????????

i'm just concerned re: someone with way too much spare time and computer know-how reading my pm's. this time lapse w/new posts has happened before. :(

Oh, that's not cool at all.
If you have any concern about that amuse I'd say send a PM to Admin and let him know the details of what's going on, if anything.
I myself haven't noticed any oddness with using the New Posts button.

thanks, Logos.
B, i don't know. i checked my most recent posts and only i've 'impostered' as myself (to answer you, Jack_A. as well).
it's just that over the last six months, i've signed out at say 9:30 - when i go to class - and on campus i'll log in and check new posts only to find out that people have posted but they're not on my 'new post' list. it's fishy, so like i said i change my password but it's continued to happen. today being the latest case in point. so yes, am pm'ing Chris. :( just wondered if this ever happens to anyone else...that's all.
Sorry, not using the New Posts button thingy.

amuse,
when you are at home, do you actually log off the Forum? Because if you don't, the system keeps you online for another 20 mins or so and assumed you have seen the msges posted during that time... That might explain why you seem to 'lose' some msges...
Ash wasn't talking about when being at home (if I got it) but about leaving when being on a public comp, always logging out though (the public comps part)
Confusing, lol

I thought she said: she checks the posts at home and then goes to the school and realises that there are posts she hasn't read although they don't come up under new posts...

Guessing Ash's not leaving for school at almost 12am, checks at home, goes to school, checks at school, logs out... geez, overanalysing much? lol *shuts up*

see how this earthly pile gets smaller
everyone keeps taking and taking
companies merging to try to balance out the impossible
Every thing more expensive
soon, when the piles run dry and this world has been
RAPED of all it can,the greedy people will
pillage steal and kill even more.
It's never enough
in a year or two,i welcome you to THE FOOD SHORTAGES
then what will all of these excting frieks and their kindreds do?
your time is about up.thank you for sharing, its about time for the trumpet to sound, and pick me from out of this damn grave,

Like a sign saying "Run Away!" It's self indulgent and a waste of time - stop it! Not being mean - it's tough love! I think it was Robert the Bruce said "All things pass". Just remember that - one day you'll wake up and everything will be on an upward climb. 23 is a good year - your just experiencing the last real blast of youthful angst. Why do you despise yourself?

your a soul,a ghost can trvl
and being where you are is it that far fetched?
Your side of the world is where the GODS began their great festival,of brightening our dawns with illusion and false progress.....
now lookie lookie,it is a coffin,gargantuan...the future has already passed,
so i'd suggest you try performing some love to settle your wits.
This trial is quite the ark of mediocre,
