Has anyone read this book?

I heard there is a part where he describes something about:

The future will never be perfect because man will never be perfect.

Ive scanned the book but cant find it. Does anyone know where abouts I may find this? And which translation youve got?

It has been several years since I read Utopia. I just did a search of the text, and didn't find anything like what you metion; I searched the text for "perfect", "future", and a few other words that might fit.
