Ok people given that we havent had a Live read in a year or two I thought we could have an extra one this year and the longest day in the year ia as good an excuse as any.
Now given there have been tons of newbies and people come back since the last one of these I hosted I shall explain:
Basically a live read usually happens at Halloween but we agree on a short story (prefrably one avialble via the litnet) read and discuss it in realtime via Msn. Now given I no longer have a usable MSn account I wll have to figure out a chat thing,m but the basic thing follows read and give feedback at the same time. then we carry on for a couple of days here so everyone gets a chance to give their feedback, and mull over it.

Any takers? It will be saterday20th-Sunday21st june time to be arranged to suity who want to join.
:D

If you want to join in please reccomend a short story with 'summer'y themes.

This sounds like it would be fun but I'm not sure I'd be able to take part as it's a few days before my graduation so there's a good chance my parents will be here (and it would probably be considered rude to ignore them). I can't even think of a good 'summery' short story to recommend. :(

I would totally do this - if I can, which is likely. I second the Katharine Mansfield too. :)

You could set up an IRC chat that links directly from the forum, without any instillation or registration needed (assuming people don't steal other people's usernames). Just an idea.

I could hence why I need to find out who is intrested inorderto organise these things. The thing is either way all posts will be anonymous once I post them here as per forum rules.

JBI does this mean you are intrested in joining in?

Virgil if you still havent had it explained pm me and I will pm instructions k?
