The Black Beast

There was a white wall
And behind it, the black beast

It’d cry out every day
But when I tried to find it
It was nowhere to be seen

And yet

Every moon-lit night
It’d haunt me in my dreams
Its cries were so horrendous
They’d always make me scream

Once again

There was the white wall
And behind it, a black beast

But one day I discovered
The black beast was gone

And I realised

It was none other
Than me

omg I think that's nice!!
I would try to change some of the vocabulary, but I so admire what you did there!

And in the end, when the puzzle pieces gather up, and the few lines where you have said the following:

"There was a white wall
And behind it, the black beast"
&
"But one day I discovered
The black beast was gone

And I realised

It was none other
Than me"

That's nice! Try using strong concise words if you ever want to edit it, and it will be great!!
