I got mine small enough to meet the guidelines. It loads in and I can see it as my profile picture, but when I click "save changes," the screen says the download failed. What am I doing wrong?

could you copy and paste the message you get into here and i'll look into it for you? might just be a timing out issue.

I actually have that message everytime that I put a new picture into my profile. At first I thought I was having trouble, but then I started to ignore it. The reason for that is because even though it says that the download failed, it never did. So, I would just go ahead and check the profile after you clicked "save changes". It should appear in your profile. If it is the one that I saw in your profile, well, then the download obviously worked and you just might always have the same message come up that says that, like I do everytime. So the picture will still be in the profile despite what the message says.
