I need help please!!!

I read this poem in high school in my english class, junior year, and I'm trying to think of the poem to incorporate it in a college paper.

It's basically about a person who watches people struggle, and turns away, the person keeps turning away and then in the end the person needs help and since he didn't help anyone, there was no one to help him.

"In Germany, they came first for the Communists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Communist;
And then they came for the trade unionists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a trade unionist;
And then they came for the Jews, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Jew;
