Well I don´t think that this was in the part, when Winston was in the Room 101. It was in a Part Three, soon after the chinless man.

I sent you a private message with whole paragraph about this, but shortly there are some crimes, where he is innocent (taken from the book) :

- The assassination of eminent Party members
- The distribution of seditious pamphlets
- Embezzlement of public funds
- Sale of military secrets
- Sabotage of every kind
- Spy in the pay of the Eastasian government
- Murder of his wife
