This is my first post and I have a very special request.
My Mother who is 93 wants to know if anyone can provide her with the name of the poet and the remainder of the following poem:
Ah good painter tell me true
Has your hand the cunning
To paint scenes that you have never seen
Well here is an order for you
Words and cornfields a little brown
The picture must not be over bright
But all in the glow when the summer sun's gone down
I would really appreciate any information regarding this poem.
