Hello friends:

I am FORMERLY a freakin lazy H/S student who absolutely did nothing in high school, kept doing nothing in college, and finally just got a factory job after dropping out.

BUT.....now that I'm getting laid off after a year or so, I'm gonna actually go and finish my degree this Fall.

So, I'm gonna have this summer ALL FREE, which I would like to use to read up on all the stuff I was supposed to read in high school. (and maybe some college stuff if I get to it). So I don't feel like a complete ignoramus all the time lol.

So, could some of you please help me out here? Just a brief list of the things will do (things that are an absolute must for people who have been through high school, and a year or two of college)

Thanks.

Why don't you follow the readings of the Book Club?

It's nice that you've come to realize the lost time spent on not focusing on your studies. I don't take my acads seriously, too, being easily distracted by anime and books, but at least, I get to learn a lot from them. A degree is not important, but if you feel that there's still much to be learned from school, then go and finish a degree. (There are drop-outs out there who made it big somehow, like Bill Gates for example. I still think that what one learns outside the classroom is more important. After all, experience is the best teacher...)

Good luck in your pursuit of knowledge in your university!
