Hey guys.

I've endlessly been searching the web for a non-fiction diary/journal of a serial killer.
I've been reading a few novels and a few of them went into detail that the killer kept a journal, not just of their killings but of day to day ploys.
This really intrigued me because I wonder what goes into the life of a murderer? How their mentality, and morals are?
As mentioned, I've looked endlessly but I can't find a non-fiction diary.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Cheers.

Try An Assassin's Diary by Arthur Bremer. He was the man who shot Governor George Wallace in 1972 after failing to get near Nixon. The book details the months leading up to his assassination attempt, and is actually an entertaining portrait of an anti-hero. The book was later used by Paul Schrader as source material for Martin Scorsese's film masterpiece Taxi Driver.

Brilliant! :)
I'll pop down to Waterstones in the morning and pick it up. Thanks!

Any more recommendations?
