Its called "DPP (NN)", and came out last year. It hasn't been translated yet.

I didn't read this one...(actually, this is the ONLY Pelevin's novel I didn't read:) ) I heard people saying that it is worse than all his other works... However, can't say anything myself.
By the way, it is not the latest. The latest is "Werwolf's book". I am not sure about appropriate English translation, because I read it in Russian. I liked it a lot, although not as much as some other his previous stuff.
