I hope to go canoeing in the freezing cold while I drink a few beers and smoke cigars with a good friend of mine. Then, I plan to pick up my daughters and maybe play dress-up or horsey or tell stories with them. Then, once my wife gets home, we'll all go out to dinner and dancing at the local pub.

That's the plan, anyway.

i'm gonna reunite with my old band, jam for a couple hours, then they are gonna cut my hair, then we might play some kind of open mic, then partying all night and recording music while getting inebriated!

And it's been too long. :)

Tomorrow...let's see...

4 lectures with a break in the middle during which I'll top up my caffeine supply and read. Then I'm making a trip out to buy things in preparation for one of my roomies' birthday. Then in the evening I'm going out with an old friend to a bar because some band is playing she wants to see and we haven't hung out in a while.

Let's see - first get up, eat breakfast/brunch/come check computer/do some laundry/call for a perm appointment/organise some stuff into a space-saving unit and gosh...whatever, else strikes my fancy - exciting life, eh? If the mood strikes me, I may go to the mall at night and shop at Target for some drugstore stuff I need....can't get anymore exciting than that! geez......

Tomorrow i'm going to get up at 6 and be out of the house by 6:20 for the gym,

Ahh shower and fluff around home for a bit, then i'm going to pick up a present for a friend whose 18th birthday dinner i'm going to that night

I'm gonna also buy my brother a birthday present + wrapping paper for the two ^

Go to borders, i'm going to get The Green Mile + White Oleander + two other King novels :D

Thennnn get some inari, jump on the train and come home, chill for awhile, then pick my friend up .. and go to Soul Mama for my friends 18th. xx

I was curious to see how much of my not very long list (from the other day) I actually did accomplish.....well obviously, I did manage to "get up, eat breakfast/brunch/come check computer/do some laundry/call for a perm appointment/organise some stuff into a space-saving unit..." Also did 2 loads of laundry and some computer entries and watched something funny on Youtube - a new version of "The Taming of the Shrew" and a full-length play from BBC TV "The Lady is Not for Burning" - very witty - and read some of my Sean O'Casey play, before I went to sleep that night .....so I guess, that was the "whatever, else strikes my fancy" part. This part "If the mood strikes me, I may go to the mall at night and shop at Target for some drugstore stuff I need" will have to wait till tomorrow evening or Monday night. I didn't have the energy to do go there tonight or Friday night.

So tomorrow's plans are same when I get up with the edition of going to the mall late afternoon/evening.

Not too much.

Do some writing (marketing, not literature), get some soup and green tea at Panera, watch a DVD, finish reading The Return of the Native, make an appointment online for my hair, laze about.

I'll do more on Monday when business places are open again.

Clear up the apartment clutter, go to International studies lecture, meat with IS group to plan workshop and answer IS questions, Head home and call internet people to help organise this router, call the government to tell them I want my bike back, eat dinner, clear up after dinner, go to karate, prepare for interview schedules wednesday, and then... blissfull sleep. Ah, going to be a long day.
