Hello just joined today. I'm 26 and I enjoy movies, fantasy books, metal and hard rock music, playing video games, shopping. here is my first poetry post tell me what you think.
Your language
There's something wrong with you
and its written all across your face.
There's no where to hide,
all your secrets are unleashed.
Your actions speak a thousand words,
yet you say absolutely nothing.
You must of had a rough life
because you dont speak our language.
You live your life in shadows
jumping to one place to the next.
but you always leave a trail
behind of silent tears that never seem to dry up
You've build up a bridge too dangerous to cross
You've barely taken the first step
but by the time you mustered up the courage,
everybody's too far ahead
Everywhere you go people wonder who you are.
why can't they let you be?
Just because you're not a people person doesn't
mean that there is something wrong with being
who you want to be.
