Any suggestions?

So, I'm a relatively new poet. I've analyzed plenty of great stuff for classes and such, but I was wondering if anyone knew any good exercises for writing creative and interesting poetry? What is a good thing/style to practice?

I'm sure there's already a thread for this, so if you happen to have a link for that could you post it as well?
