None the wiser,
To the beauty that surrounds it.

A slight hiss here,
A small burn there.

A few short, quick steps,
One frantic leap!
The pain, agonizing, burning!
I was quick,
But I was not safe!

At first it was inviting,
Sparkly and blue.
But as I got deeper,
It became black and murky.
It got harder to breathe,
My lungs felt like they might burst.
That’s when I saw her.
Her face had a childlike glow,
She was so beautiful.
She beckoned me with one finger.
I knew I must go up for air
I also knew resistance was futile.
I followed her,
I chose her over my own life.
She took me deep,
I don’t know how I hadn’t passed out yet.
Deeper and deeper we went,
When we got there,
I knew it was our destination.
We where in Heaven,
She was my angel.

~Anger~
Burning white hot,
Eating away at my insides.
Never slowing,

Brought on by many things,

No matter how strong my will is,
I cannot stop it,
I cannot sway it in its path.
I could try to make it,

You and her screwed me over.
I thought I had a few friends,

I used to have a good life,
Then I was betrayed by my so called 'friends'.

Locked up in this hole and medicated.
You keep me sedated, supposedly for my own safety.
I cannot stand it, their vocies are still there.
