I am trying to find a quote or a passage that said something along the lines of
"rich nations (people?) (western nations?) deserve to be left alone to enjoy their money/wealth, and have the right to visit terror and destruction on those (poorer nations?) who try to take it from them"
Any ideas?
I think the quote was a lot longer than that, but that's all I can remember.
