Who said something like:

The one who doesn't know how to write doesn't know how to express. And if he cannot express, he doesn't know how to think.

I've no idea who it was, but he has obviously never heard of the great Oral traditions of Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the Germanic legends and millions of others. Sounds a wee bit on the pompous side to me - probably trying to sell some of his own writing!
