Just finished writing strange rumours about our urban-fantasy RPG and now thinking how to put them into plot.
Examples:
*Elvis isn't dead, you know. When he disappeared, he lived in the mountains, keeping secret from all civilisation, but then the government found out where he lived. There was some thing between him and government, some evil plan, but he refused to cooperate, because he is, youknow, Elivs an' stuff. When Internet was introduced, he used some kind of alien technology to change himself into a virtual being and now he is travelling from computer to computer, from server to server. The government made viruses to kill him, but he is still around, ya know.
*There are some buses that take you parts of the town that you can't go by foot or car or ordinary buses. Parts of the town you have never seen. Strange parts. Parts that aren't on the town map.
*There was a drunken angel in the railway station.
*You know, there is this house at that suburb that doesn't stay in one place. IT moves around. I don't know why. P'rhaps it is trying to avoid the tax inspectors?"
*You know role-players? They actually are demon-worshipers.

It came out in the nineties and featured nineties music (Alice In Chains, Mudhoney, Pearl Jam -- well actually the band members were in the movie as band members). It was set in Seatle and one of the characters was a waitress in a coffee house. I remember wanting to see this movie very badly when I was in high school. And then I saw it and it kind of sucked. I am watching it now and it's a little better. But it's more about the music and the grunge and the Doc Martins than anything else. Should I post this in the movie review section?

Mostly Pollack & Finfish. Crab is where the real money is but I overcaught a couple of years ago & had my license suspended..... I'll get back to it next year though.

Good Lord, yes; there is such a thing as overcatching...... Quotas are STRICTLY enforced. & no there is no way around a suspended license.
