I've just found out that the title I wanted to use for my stageplay- Under The Bright Lights- is the name of another book (which sounds totally rubbish by the way).

What shall I do?

If its under copyright, then you'll have to tinker with it...

Say, "Before the Bright Lights" or "Beneath the Bright Lights"? Or something like that anyway...

Plus, if the other thing is awful, you wouldn't want your work associated with it in any way!:D

It's not the title I thought was rubbish- it's very good for MY story :)
