Depression is an awful thing—
I hate it…
Down all the time and bad mood swings—
I hate it…
It makes me sick I hate the pills,
I blame it for all my earthly ills,
I cannot see any need that it fulfills—
I hate it…

It doesn't help when the media keep sending us "dire" news,Pen -- I think we introspective and empathetic types pick up on the zeitgeist. On the brighter side, spring is on the way!

I have a few friends who suffer from chronic depression. *big hugs* to those of you out there suffering from it.
