I would like to withdraw this poem because I would like to send it in to a literary magazine and they do not allow poetry that is posted on websites...

The simplicity and nostalgia in this particular work especially intrigues me, making me crave more. I love the mystery of the work, and the casual language you use to specify some aspects, such as "Iowa, small town," and "Running, no shoes," for example, but how, in turn, the concealment of ghosts representing, metaphorically, past memories, adding a significantly dark element, somewhat reminiscent of Robert Frost.
