would love to write a book, anybody got any tips as how I should start

I have been meaning to write a book as well, but never have the time (or patience) to really do it. I think the best idea might be just to start writing... see what comes out, and maybe out of it build some kind of idea... or some kind of outline, as to what you want to write.

are you interested in writing fiction?
any ideas yet as to the theme or plot?

Hm, wish I could be of more help... but I am sure there are some fellow litnetters that know more about this or have actually written a book. :)

i am new here to.. havent really been on teh site in awhile.. first time in a long time for me.. but i have also been wanting to write something but really havent found the time.. i have a fanfic.. :[ wish it was my idea.. is a really interesting story an plot. but i have no friends here an kno noone.. but i am really tryin to get to kno ppl
