I am looking for a poem that my son got from his preschool teacher at the end of the school year. I was about a gardener tending her garden and how some of the flowers grew so fast they tried to grow over the garden wall while some were took awhile to grow. It ended something like this, "and now I must pass my hoe to other gardeners in other rows." All very sketchy to me since it was a long time ago. But it was a very touching poem about moving on. Hopefully someone will be able to help me with this poem. The author was unknown.

Hey there! I couldn't find anything similar on google, do you remember where you saw the poem? Perhaps in a book?
