I read this poem here, and noticed that the first line in the 3rd verse is different from what I remember.
Here: "I've heard it in the chilliest land"
My Collected Poems (Gramercy Books, 1982) which seems to be an exact copy of Poems, 1890, Poems, Second Series, 1891, and Poems, Third Series, 1896, gives: "I've heard it in the chillest land"
The latter scans better and is as I know the poem. Any ideas??
Thanks!
