Hi all,

Can anyone help? I have in my mind that Porthos did too much thinking about something and got himself into a mess (the image I have in my mind's eye is furniture strewn around a room). A bit of an odd posting but can anyone shed light on this, or am I just talking rubbish?

Peace

I have thought about it and I can't recall anything like it, nor can find anything in The Three Musketeers.

But I can recall in the Vicomte de Bragelonne something about a good idea of Porthos because he hated to have himself measured for his clothes, so he decided to have Mousqueton as big as him so he could go in his place, but he did not account for the fact that Mousqueton would get bigger, maybe :p, and the room was strewn with clothes, too big to wear...

Is that maybe what you were looking for?

Thanks for the reply.

I really don't know if that's what I was thinking, but it could be. Just have this image in my head and not sure how it got there. I really appreciate your wisdom so thank you once again.

Ciao for now

Three musketeers came on the mountain, who eats peoples who are trying to lie.
Athos:
- I'm thinking I'm the goodest.
The mountain ate him.
Aramis:
- Im thinking I'm the most handsom and popular.
Mountain ate him
Porthos:
-I'm thinking...
Mountain ate him.

Hahhahahahahhahah!

Ahem, I don't think Aramis was lying. The mountain should spit him back out.

He was popular only with women :ladysman:
