Please give me some feedback even if it's only a few words

Everything rushing through my mind
Too quickly to put into words
It all seems so confusing
Like the inside of your brain
Like filing cabinets with too much paper
Like last weeks su do ku
I’ll give you all I can
Not sure what I have to spare
I’m being spread too thin
Like a poor painters water colour
Like a small ring over a fat mans finger
Like the end of the toilet roll
I am always feeling so weak
If my mind is happy
My body must suffer

I like it. Simple but yet makes sense to me at least. The words themselves are a bit lost, but a good poem i think doesn't have to make perfect sense to the reader.
