Does literature = fiction?
Don't really get the question.

Hell this could turn into a "what is literature" debate.
When I asked the question, my idea of literature is something that has artistic value. One of the books I'm reading now is pretty much purely academic.

There are sections on philosophy and on religious texts (although people seem to discuss more of religion than of texts ...)
If you include in non-fiction journalism, and those books of how bo be a happy person in 10 lessons, I think it'd be interesting to talk about journalism, but not about the second kind.
