Sociopath, a fool's definition: someone who seeks only what HE (or SHE) wants, doing anything to get it.

do you think people really want to do things for other people? I mean, if they are doing things for other people because it makes them happy, they are doing it for themselves, practically...

Is there anyone truly unselfish?

Someone who gains nothing, not even happiness or a sense of accomplishment, and still wishes to help others?

Is self control all that seperates us from established sociopaths?

IMO, selfish means if you KEEP doing stuffs only for yourself ALL THE TIME, in ANY KIND of situation/circumstances...

(DSMIV) `anti-social personality disorder' people should be in intensive psychiatric therapy/support.

They are not able to see the line between right and wrong. (http://www.psychnet-uk.com/clinical_psychology/criteria_personality_antisocial.htm)

No it's not all about self-control, it's about being one of the unfortunate few in very slim odds of becoming one.
