Who the heck is...

Polycarp Kusch? My favorite author is soviet avant-gardist Daniil Kharms. I've seen a few mentions on the web that Kusch is an absurdist writer very similar to Kharms. Searches for him (her?) turn up a few shorts, which I like very much, but I can't find any traces if he has published works.

Has anybody heard of him, read him?
