my poem

heres my poem:) feel free to comment or anything debating to enter a contest on it. i dunno, it feels kinda weird

Lost in a crowded forest,
cant find my other half..
He’s the one who I held dearest..
and he left me like a piece of crap

H e was the warmth to my fire,
the love that filled my heart
but on that day he called me a liar,
well that just ripped me apart

But where does that leave me?
I didn’t do anything wrong.
If only he could just see
that him and me belong.

So here I am,
the criminal proving herself innocent.
I tell him all I can,
and he listens while I vent.

Our eyes lock unbreakable,
as he spots the purity in my eyes.
My mouth continues to ramble,
as he seems to understand my cries

His hand covers my mouth,
I silence myself eyes still locked,
Slowly, he moves towards my body,
as our lips meet, together, in harmony
