If so, I set it up myself :) I love photography. The one on my profile, which is the one I assume you're referring to considering it is pretty much the only one taken with a good camera - is a self portrait I took of myself. You get used to the timer eventually.

At first I didn't know that in a mac, there is also the pre-option of switching photos from left to right and backwards - but an inquisitive mind will always find a solution- there is such a thing as the mirror option, which will allow people to read the paper in my hand the right way. Well, it distorts the photo a bit, but faces tend to be pretty symmetric so you aren't missing much and can reconstruct the missing parts of my face from my other half - so no harm done.
