Name says it all. It can be pictures, books, music, whatever you want. I'm feeling curious today.

O' and just to start off, stuff like this inspires me:

The still quiet in my home as everyone settles for the evening. There is something very satisfying and inspiring that you've gotten through another day, all is well, everyone is healthy, and all are asleep for the night. I suppose that it helps that this is the only bit of silence I get in a day too:D

People who overcome obstacles inspire me. Like my husband. And my friend from a long time ago who I recently got in touch with again.

Good weather always inspires me. Well I spose a lot of different type of weather does, but a lovely warm sunny day never fails to. And music. Music most definitely.

1. A long walk in a quiet forest filled with the sounds of nature and the beautiful smell that can only be found there (no matter the season -- each holds its' own wonderful smell).

2. I find baby animals quite inspiring.

There are more, but I'll leave it at this.

Good question, Sheep.

Even though I love books it seems that music inspires me the most. It gets me thinking about things, about everything, and it propels me into a state of mind that I can barely explain. "After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music." -- Alduous Huxley

Star Trek inspires me a lot, LOL. Books, specifically biographies of great mathematician or physicists. Books by Russell really inspires me but the best of the lot has to be Genius by Gleick, biography of Richard P Feynman

Going to be all emo and go for the negative angle; I find insomnia and alcohol inspire me most when writing.
Positively, being completely alone in nature, miles away from the nearest other person.
Concerning reading material, philosophy and even *barf* those inspirational "You can do anything if your put my mind to it" bullet point based articles.

Agreed. You get some of the most trippy material from insomnia. And I don't drink. Instead, I chug energy drinks.

Pretty interesting stuff.
