This question oftentimes harrows me beyond words. I asked some of my friends working in the office whether or not they want bosses, some say they want and some say they do not want.
I often think accepting a boss is likened to accepting the existence of God or something like that. Our concept of God is one of a dictator who is there high in heaven watching us.
I for one have a different idea. When we accept a boss we must accept his or her unruly behaviours also.
This question may stir up so many arguments yet this is worth asking by all accounts.
